Agency Policy and Practice for Trainings

I. All sales are final, if attendance cancellation notice is provided at least 7 business days prior to scheduled training, a credit to be utilized within 180 days will be provided to the participant. 

II.  All participants are expected to attend any scheduled training in its entirety. No partial credits will be extended.
