By the end of this 6-hour training, participants will be able to:
Define the foundational principles of trauma-informed care and explain how they apply to private practice systems, client engagement, and clinical supervision.
Identify barriers that prevent trauma-informed values from being fully integrated into organizational culture, client care, and administrative processes.
Develop a practice framework that embeds trauma-informed principles into intake procedures, documentation, billing, and client communication.
Evaluate strategies for ethical leadership, staff development, and clinician well-being to reduce burnout and secondary traumatic stress within a growing practice.
Analyze revenue models, payor relationships, and operational workflows that support sustainable and equitable trauma-informed business growth.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Wilson’s Garden of Hope Continuing Education, we value your professional growth and strive to provide meaningful learning experiences. To ensure fairness and transparency, the following policy outlines how refunds and transfers are handled.
Participant Cancellations
- Full Refund: Participants who cancel at least 14 business days prior to the start of the course will receive a full refund, minus a $25 administrative fee.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations received 7–13 business days before the course start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
- No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 business days before the course start date, or for non-attendance (“no-shows”).
Course Transfers
Participants may request to transfer their registration to another course of equal or lesser value one time only, if requested at least 7 business days prior to the original course start date. Transfer requests made within 7 business days of the course may be denied or subject to an additional fee.
Course Cancellations by Provider
If Wilson’s Garden of Hope must cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, low enrollment, or inclement weather), participants will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- The option to transfer registration to a future course of equal value.
Processing Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of the approved cancellation using the original method of payment.
Digital and On-Demand Courses
Refunds are not available once digital or self-paced course materials have been accessed, downloaded, or opened.
